Restaurant & bar at Sibbjäns
We serve farm-to-fork gastronomy. Our dishes are made with the freshest seasonal ingredients, many of them harvested straight from our own gardens. The menu is a celebration of the Gotland landscape and its flavors, featuring local cheeses, beverages and produce from nearby farms and artisans.
The restaurant
Farm Dinner – Sibbjäns Signature: 1200 SEK. Reservations required.
Bistro Dinner: Drop-in available from June 23. No booking needed.
Drink Packages:
– Our own non-alcoholic craft pairing.
– Wine pairing – selected wines.
All guests are served the same set menu. Please note that we do not offer a children's menu.
Our food reflects the farm and seasons; therefore, we cannot adapt the menu for special diets such as dairy-free or vegan options.
Please state allergies or vegetarian requests when booking.
Opening Hours
9 June – 31 August: The restaurant is open to the public Tuesday through Saturday, and seven days a week for hotel guests.
September: Wednesday – Sunday.
The Bar
In the bar, we serve classic cocktails along with drinks crafted using ingredients from our own garden. And plenty of good wines, of course.
Please note that our wine list changes regularly.
The bar is open from 5 pm.
A note on cancellations
Every morning, we harvest fresh ingredients based entirely on our daily reservations. This ensures the best possible experience for you, while allowing us to eliminate food waste.
We kindly ask that you inform us of any cancellations by 12:00 on the day of your reservation.
For cancellations received after this time, or for a no-show, a fee of 500 SEK per person will be charged.
