Meet the Sibbjäns team! The people working in our hotel, restaurant and on the farm, who together make sure vegetables are grown, the animals are well cared for, food is cooked and served, drinks are mixed, beds are made, and the natural surroundings flourish.

Susanna Rönn – partner, visionary and lady boss, with an unfailing sense of style and taste.

Partner Pontus Rönn, our very own Basil Fawlty, leads the farm's operations with a great passion for all living creatures, from the smallest plant to every animal.

Jonathan Kasche, operations manager and the creative mind behind our menu.

Bob Speakman is our energetic head chef. He is I keenly interested in exploring techniques that give the food an elegance and finesse.

Sous chef Miriam Hörngren Ayed, with an absolute flair for sweets.

Ulf Redelius, who serves as the vital link between the farm and the kitchen, is responsible for refining the farm's meat and vegetables.

Bror Rosenkjaer, in charge of the vegetable farm, has many strings to his bow. He is just as comfortable with a hammer as he is with improving soil health and is well-versed in the farm's advanced water system.

Hugo Otto-Vallin, newly minted forester and farmer, swapping film sets for fields.

Alma Osorio, vegetable farmer and a newly-fledged Gotland resident, whose interest in nature has been with her since childhood.
